Our Stroke Development Instructors have years of swimming experience, are properly trained and have great personalities to make swimming FUN!! The Stroke Development Instructors will increase skills of all strokes - freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke. Whether you want to work on drills to prepare for joining the swim team, or just want to fine-tune some of your swimming techniques, Stroke Development is a great way to enjoy the water and get a great workout.

SouthWest Aquatics' Stroke Development can be tailored to your individual needs. They are private lessons and focus on swimming drills to enhance technique. These sessions are scheduled between one and three times a week for fifteen or thirty minutes, depending on skill and endurance.
